It was so much fun to unwrap the crystals one by one from the colourful paper. Though Freddie liked all the crystals, his face especially lit up when he saw the rose crystal

The other day I had some emotions which came over me. Though these crystals are for children, I took one in each hand and focused for 5 min. I could feel my emotions calming down and grounding.
